who has worked in the energy utility industry for over 30 years. His work had involved various aspects of the energy industry including senior management and technical positions related to maintenance, project management, and outage management throughout the U.S. and Canada. Frank has been the past President and CEO of Columbia Power Corporation, past SVP of Generation at NiSource and past Plant Director at DTE Energy's Monroe Power Station. He has also served as an executive consultant at UMS Group.
